One of the many behind-the-scenes forces supporting the ASP World Tour athletes along the road to success is the IntelliSkin Interdisciplinary Sports Medicine Team. After treating several athletes at the 2012 Nike US Open of Surfing just weeks before, the ASP's medical team traveled to the Hurley Pro at Trestles to provide the world's best surfers the top medical attention - a full crew consisting of chiropractors, orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, massage therapists, acupuncturists, strength and conditioning coaches. In order for these athletes to compete at the intense level of the ASP World Championship Tour, riders are looking for every physical advantage possible to squeeze into that number one spot in the rankings. Doctor Tim Brown is here to help.
